How long will my parcel take to get to me?

In New Zealand all parcels are sent via CourierPost and are fully tracked.  For next working day delivery your order must be received by us by 1pm. Orders received after this time will be delivered within two working days. Rural delivery addresses will take 2-3 working days.

In Australia all parcels are sent via New Zealand Post. If sent by International Air delivery time is 3-10 working days. If you choose International Economy Courier the delivery time is 2-6 working days. Rural delivery addresses may take slightly longer.

No, Red Hot Products sells and delivers only to New Zealand and Australian customers.
